Send Us Your News!
Readers,
local merchants, institutions, municipalities, non-profit groups,
and civic organizations are strongly encouraged to send their
news announcements and photos to the Southwick Suffield
News.

News items and press releases may be sent in via email to
the editor at rwirth@turley.com
as either an MS Word document attachment saved as text only,
or pasted directly into your email message screen. Be sure
to include who, what, when, where and why in the submission,
preferably written in the third person unless it is a first
person letter to the editor or guest column.

Please include photo captions identifying all subjects from
left to right in each image you send. We need first and last
name, hometown, title if applicable, and a brief description
of what subjects are doing in the photo.

Email
uncorrected, raw, RGB color digital photos at highest resolution
directly off your camera, or sized at least 20 inches wide
at 72 resolution, 10 inches wide at 200 resolution. They may
be emailed as jpeg attachments.

Publicity chairpersons are encouraged to send in news about
upcoming fundraising or other calendar events at least three
weeks before they take place to be included in the Southwick
Suffield News.
We will
